I am the person who has the Issey Miyake Vogue 2126 pattern you are looking for. I have sent 8 messages through your email address anne-marie.labrecque@simpatico.ca all of which have been returned to me saying your server did not accept the requests to connect. I sent the picture of my pattern 3 times as well as 5 other messages regarding postage charges, etc. I'm hoping this will reach you. I don't know how to send the picture of the pattern through your blog, but you can rest assured it is brand new, uncut, in original factory folds and is the XS-S-M size you are looking for. The charge for First Class postage (the least expensive way) is $7.65. If you are still interested let me know, and I will get it right off to you. Paying with PayPal is fine.
